That means reviewing all of 2021. How did we do compared to our budget? How did we do compared to 2020? We are also excited to announce a new team member here at Blue Collar Collar Back Office! Lisa Addeo is joining us the Director of Client Services and Business Development. Lisa has more than 20 years of contracting and accounting expertise. She will be at the forefront of expanding our business through client relations, community outreach, partnerships, and marketing. Lisa works with our existing clients to identify areas of need and the implementation of best practices.
Lisa’s experience includes the position of Director of Operations at Transwestern’s New Jersey office overseeing the day to day operations, finance, compliance activities, marketing and public relations and Chief Financial Officer for a New Jersey residential developer where she managed the daily office and financial operations along with overseeing all redevelopment projects. Lisa also worked with Avison Young for 11 years as Vice President of Finance and Operations where she managed all aspects of the Construction/Project Management divisions.
