Dan blends more than two decades of construction industry expertise with proven management skills to lead the company’s operations. Dan is active in all aspects of the firm, including the financial management and performance of all projects, client management and relations, staff training and development, hiring and recruiting programs, strategic planning and business development, and the overall financial health and advancement of the organization.

As an Advanced Online QuickBooks Certified Proadvisor, and WCI Certified Business Coach Dan works with our clients to understand the key financial metrics that drive the business. Through budgeting, overhead analysis, job profitability analysis, and cash flow management Dan helps give the owners the tools they need to make informed decisions. Dan also works with clients to streamline their practices and allow them to focus working on their business instead of in their business.
